Hotel Dann Cali, Cali

Staying at Dann Carlton was a mixed experience. The rooms were very modern, spacious, and had a nice view but noise was a constant issue. The service was top-notch, offering a high level of security and helpful staff, though some noise concerns required room changes. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Cali, but certain facilities like the jacuzzi and dining options fell short of expectations.

Staying at the older wing of the Dann/Dann Carlton, I found the rooms to be quite noisy due to the proximity to major roads. However, the service was very friendly and of the ultimate level of security for the guests. The location was kind of ridiculously close to the restaurant, although being in the heart of Cali was beautiful and relaxing. The dining experience was not as complete as I thought, but I appreciated the home-made products.

Despite the good city and river views from the large room, there was a lot of traffic noise even on the 13th floor. The service was very friendly, courteous, and provided the ultimate level of security for guests. The location was beautiful and relaxing, although the central location led to some expected downsides. The dining options were not as complete as expected, with a poor selection and lack of variety, yet the hotel offered fantastic local Colombian fruits and treats. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs.
